Maricruz began her career as a Residential Counselor at Rosemary Children Services, where she implemented treatment plans and supervised daily activities for residents. As a Marriage Family Therapist Associate at South Central Consortium and Alliance Gertz-Ressler High School, she facilitated groups on a range of topics such as domestic violence, anger management, and parenting, while providing individual and group counseling services to address academic, emotional, and social problems.
Currently, Maricruz works as a Clinical Case Manager at The People Concern, where she offers crisis intervention, clinical case management services, and coordinates mental health and recovery support services for clients.
