Saira Younis

     Meet Saira Younis, a dedicated and compassionate Therapeutic Coach with a rich background in psychology and a strong commitment to empowering individuals in need. Saira currently works at Exodus Recovery, where she implements person-centered therapeutic interventions, supports primary caregivers, and conducts observational assessments. By guiding clients through difficult behaviors and social problems, she helps them develop constructive coping mechanisms for mental health challenges.

     Before joining Exodus Recovery, Saira gained valuable experience as a Case Manager at Volunteers of America in Los Angeles, providing extensive case management to victims of human trafficking and at-risk youth. During this time, she coordinated care, created service plans, and maintained records to ensure timely and effective support for her clients. Additionally, Saira worked as a Behavioral Therapist at Aces & Behavioral Health Works, where she used her expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis to improve the lives of individuals living with intellectual or developmental disabilities.

     Saira holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of California, Riverside, and an Associate's Degree from El Camino College. She is currently pursuing a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy at Touro University Worldwide to further expand her knowledge and skills.
