Patricia Secoy Fontana

Patricia (Tricia) Secoy Fontana is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has spent over 25 years providing services to diverse groups of people.  Tricia practices in Missouri both in person and via telehealth.  She provides therapy to adults, adolescents, children, as well as families and couples.  Tricia focuses on providing support to her clients as they determine what they want from therapy.  She also helps them clarify what role they want their therapist to play.  She always tries to meet her clients where they are.  In addition to traditional therapy methods she utilizes experiential and expressive therapies.  These therapy types allow the client to use activities/music/play/art to communicate with her without having to “find the right words”.  Tricia helps the client address challenges with, but not limited to, emotion recognition and management, trauma, depression, anxiety, chemical use disorder, suicidal ideations/attempts, self-harm, struggles with identity, intimate partner violence, family dysfunction and toxic parent-child relationships.  Tricia has a passion for children and adolescents and will provide clinical services to them regardless of past experiences in therapy or diagnoses.
