As a Clinical Case Manager at Volunteers of America, William worked with veterans experiencing co-morbid and co-occurring diagnoses, using a variety of therapeutic approaches in both individual and group settings. He also played a crucial role in discharge planning and ensuring timely execution.
At Magellan Behavioral Health, William coordinated care for members with behavioral health conditions, conducting comprehensive assessments and serving as a point of contact for clients and their families. His commitment to improving the lives of others is evident in every aspect of his work.
